silverwind	8f8bd3c0cb	Replace Less with CSS (#23508 ) Backport https://github.com/go-gitea/gitea/pull/23481, https://github.com/go-gitea/gitea/pull/23504 and https://github.com/go-gitea/gitea/pull/23520 to 1.19, just so we have an easier time with future backports. Seems to work on a basic level. silverwind	f5cd0d9319	Add Mermaid copy button, avoid unnecessary tooltip hide (#22225 ) - Add Copy button to mermaid diagrams which copies their source. - Set tippy to not hide on click and avoid tooltip re-creation for temporary tooltips. This avoids hide and show when copying repo url. * Add copy button to markdown code blocks

Done mostly in JS because I think it's better not to try getting buttons

* add svg module tests
