Since `modules/context` has to depend on `models` and many other packages, it should be moved from `modules/context` to `services/context` according to design principles. There is no logic code change on this PR, only move packages. - Move `code.gitea.io/gitea/modules/context` to `code.gitea.io/gitea/services/context` - Move `code.gitea.io/gitea/modules/contexttest` to `code.gitea.io/gitea/services/contexttest` because of depending on context - Move `code.gitea.io/gitea/modules/upload` to `code.gitea.io/gitea/services/context/upload` because of depending on context	11 months ago
Lunny Xiao	5f82ead13c	Simplify how git repositories are opened (#28937) ... ## Purpose This is a refactor toward building an abstraction over managing git repositories. Afterwards, it does not matter anymore if they are stored on the local disk or somewhere remote. ## What this PR changes We used `git.OpenRepository` everywhere previously. Now, we should split them into two distinct functions: Firstly, there are temporary repositories which do not change: ```go git.OpenRepository(ctx, diskPath) ``` Gitea managed repositories having a record in the database in the `repository` table are moved into the new package `gitrepo`: ```go gitrepo.OpenRepository(ctx, repo_model.Repo) ``` Why is `repo_model.Repository` the second parameter instead of file path? Because then we can easily adapt our repository storage strategy. The repositories can be stored locally, however, they could just as well be stored on a remote server. ## Further changes in other PRs - A Git Command wrapper on package `gitrepo` could be created. i.e. `NewCommand(ctx, repo_model.Repository, commands...)`. `git.RunOpts{Dir: repo.RepoPath()}`, the directory should be empty before invoking this method and it can be filled in the function only. #28940 - Remove the `RepoPath()`/`WikiPath()` functions to reduce the possibility of mistakes. --------- Co-authored-by: delvh <dev.lh@web.de>	1 year ago

Nanguan Lin	da50be7360	Replace 'userxx' with 'orgxx' in all test files when the user type is org (#27052) ... Currently 'userxx' and 'orgxx' are both used as username in test files when the user type is org, which is confusing. This PR replaces all 'userxx' with 'orgxx' when the user type is org(`user.type==1`). Some non-trivial changes 1. Rename `user3` dir to `org3` in `tests/git-repositories-meta` 2. Change `end` in `issue reference` because 'org3' is one char shorter than 'user3'  3. Change the search result number of `user/repo2` because `user3/repo21` can't be searched now  4. Change the first org name getting from API because the result is ordered by alphabet asc and now `org 17` is before `org25`   Other modifications are just find all and replace all. Sometimes it means "base64 encoded content", sometimes it means "raw binary content" 2. It doesn't work with large files, eg: uploading a 1G LFS file would make Gitea process OOM This PR does the refactoring: use "ContentReader" / "ContentBase64" instead of "Content" This PR is not breaking because the key in API JSON is still "content": `` ContentBase64 string `json:"content"` ``	2 years ago
Jack Hay	18de83b2a3	Redesign Scoped Access Tokens (#24767) ... ## Changes - Adds the following high level access scopes, each with `read` and `write` levels: - `activitypub` - `admin` (hidden if user is not a site admin) - `misc` - `notification` - `organization` - `package` - `issue` - `repository` - `user` - Adds new middleware function `tokenRequiresScopes()` in addition to `reqToken()` - `tokenRequiresScopes()` is used for each high-level api section - _if_ a scoped token is present, checks that the required scope is included based on the section and HTTP method - `reqToken()` is used for individual routes - checks that required authentication is present (but does not check scope levels as this will already have been handled by `tokenRequiresScopes()` - Adds migration to convert old scoped access tokens to the new set of scopes - Updates the user interface for scope selection ### User interface example <img width="903" alt="Screen Shot 2023-05-31 at 1 56 55 PM" src="https://github.com/go-gitea/gitea/assets/23248839/654766ec-2143-4f59-9037-3b51600e32f3"> <img width="917" alt="Screen Shot 2023-05-31 at 1 56 43 PM" src="https://github.com/go-gitea/gitea/assets/23248839/1ad64081-012c-4a73-b393-66b30352654c"> ## tokenRequiresScopes Design Decision - `tokenRequiresScopes()` was added to more reliably cover api routes. For an incoming request, this function uses the given scope category (say `AccessTokenScopeCategoryOrganization`) and the HTTP method (say `DELETE`) and verifies that any scoped tokens in use include `delete:organization`. - `reqToken()` is used to enforce auth for individual routes that require it. If a scoped token is not present for a request, `tokenRequiresScopes()` will not return an error ## TODO - [x] Alphabetize scope categories - [x] Change 'public repos only' to a radio button (private vs public). Also expand this to organizations - [X] Disable token creation if no scopes selected. This PR creates an API endpoint for creating/updating/deleting multiple files in one API call similar to the solution provided by [GitLab](https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/api/commits.html#create-a-commit-with-multiple-files-and-actions). To archive this, the CreateOrUpdateRepoFile and DeleteRepoFIle functions in files service are unified into one function supporting multiple files and actions. Resolves #14619	2 years ago
