The "web" package shouldn't depends on "modules/context" package, instead, let each "web context" register themselves to the "web" package. 2. Unable to respond proper content when error occurs, eg: Web should respond HTML while API should respond JSON 2. Unclear dependency, eg: it's unclear when Context is used in APIContext, which fields should be initialized, which methods are necessary. To make things clear, this PR introduces a Base context, it only provides basic Req/Resp/Data features. This PR mainly moves code. There are still many legacy problems and TODOs in code, leave unrelated changes to future PRs.	2 years ago

This change is used for supporting https://github.com/actions/upload-artifact and https://github.com/actions/download-artifact in gitea actions. It can run sample workflow from doc https://docs.github.com/en/actions/using-workflows/storing-workflow-data-as-artifacts. The api design is inspired by https://github.com/nektos/act/blob/master/pkg/artifacts/server.go and includes some changes from gitea internal structs and methods. Actions artifacts contains two parts: - Gitea server api and storage (this pr implement basic design without some complex cases supports) - Runner communicate with gitea server api (in comming) Old pr https://github.com/go-gitea/gitea/pull/22345 is outdated after actions merged. Mixing different Gitea contexts together causes some problems:

1. Unable to respond proper content when error occurs, eg: Web should
respond HTML while API should respond JSON
2. Unclear dependency, eg: it's unclear when Context is used in
APIContext, which fields should be initialized, which methods are
necessary.


To make things clear, this PR introduces a Base context, it only
provides basic Req/Resp/Data features.

This PR mainly moves code. There are still many legacy problems and
TODOs in code, leave unrelated changes to future PRs.
