wxiaoguang	249e67672a	Remove jQuery import from some files (#32512 ) Many files do not directly depend on jQuery now. To clarify the usage: use `fomanticQuery` to operate Fomantic components. silverwind	5791a73e75	Convert frontend code to typescript (#31559 ) None of the frontend js/ts files was touched besides these two commands (edit: no longer true, I touched one file in `61105d0618` because of a deprecation that was not showing before the rename). `tsc` currently reports 778 errors, so I have disabled it in CI as planned. silverwind	8099238618	Change green buttons to primary color (#27099 ) I think it's better if the primary actions have primary color instead of green which fits better into the overall single-color UI design.
