Norwin	cb940c4312	Encrypt migration credentials at rest (#15895 ) * encrypt migration credentials in task persistence Not sure this is the best approach, we could encrypt the entire `PayloadContent` instead. * encrypt migration credentials in task persistence

Not sure this is the best approach, we could encrypt the entire
