Lunny Xiao	40de54ece8	Remove If Exist check on migration for mssql because that syntax required SQL server 2016 (#30894 ) Fix #30872 We will assume the database is consistent before executing the migration. But `for pkg in $(shell $(GO) list code.gitea.io/gitea/models/migrations/...); do \ GITEA_ROOT="$(CURDIR)" GITEA_CONF=tests/mysql.ini $(GO) test $(GOTESTFLAGS) -tags '$(TEST_TAGS)' $$pkg; \ done` will not work. This adds support for alternate SHA256 with the additional aim of easier support for additional hash types in the future.
