graphql: fix spurious travis failure (#22166)
The tests sometimes failed with certain go versions because the behavior of http.Server.Shutdown changed over time. A bug that was fixed in Go 1.15 could cause active connections on unrelated servers to close unexpectedly. This is fixed by avoiding use of the same port number in all tests. |

node: refactor package node (#21105)
This PR significantly changes the APIs for instantiating Ethereum nodes in a Go program. The new APIs are not backwards-compatible, but we feel that this is made up for by the much simpler way of registering services on node.Node. You can find more information and rationale in the design document: https://gist.github.com/renaynay/5bec2de19fde66f4d04c535fd24f0775. There is also a new feature in Node's Go API: it is now possible to register arbitrary handlers on the user-facing HTTP server. In geth, this facility is used to enable GraphQL. There is a single minor change relevant for geth users in this PR: The GraphQL API is no longer available separately from the JSON-RPC HTTP server. If you want GraphQL, you need to enable it using the ./geth --http --graphql flag combination. The --graphql.port and --graphql.addr flags are no longer available. |

* Moved `vm.Transfer` to `core` package and changed execution to call `env.Transfer` instead of `core.Transfer` directly. * core/vm: byte code VM moved to jump table instead of switch * Moved `vm.Transfer` to `core` package and changed execution to call `env.Transfer` instead of `core.Transfer` directly. * Byte code VM now shares the same code as the JITVM * Renamed Context to Contract * Changed initialiser of state transition & unexported methods * Removed the Execution object and refactor `Call`, `CallCode` & `Create` in to their own functions instead of being methods. * Removed the hard dep on the state for the VM. The VM now depends on a Database interface returned by the environment. In the process the core now depends less on the statedb by usage of the env * Moved `Log` from package `core/state` to package `core/vm`. |

Moved execution from vm to chain.
This moves call and create to the specified environments. Vms are no longer re-used. Vm uses environment's Call(Code) and Create in order to execute new contracts or transfer value between accounts. State transition now uses the same mechanism described above. |

Refactored VM to two separate VMs; std & debug
Standard VM should be about 10x faster than the debug VM. Some error checking has been removed, all of the log statements and therefor quite some unnecessary if-statements. |
