It is important for Gitea to use case-sensitive database charset collation. If the database is using a case-insensitive collation, Gitea will show startup error/warning messages, and show the errors/warnings on the admin panel's Self-Check page. In short: 1. `ui right` could be still used in `ui top attached header`, because there is a special case. 2. A lot of `ui right` are just no-op, so they can be removed safely. 3. The admin page shows the size of all packages and the size of unreferenced data. The users (#25035, #20631) expect the deletion of this data if they run the cronjob from the admin page but the job only deletes data older than 24h.
